Creative As Cultural Ambassador to the St. Lucia Fashion Council and mentor with Startup Bootcamp Fashtech Milan, Dr. Hammonds has worked with brands including Beyond the Runway — building the creative frameworks and strategic positioning needed to compete in global markets. His editorial work at Upscale Magazine and cultural commentary across WWD and major media platforms reinforces a point of view that is both industry-informed and globally relevant. Academia At Capella University, Dr. Hammonds served on the committee to redesign the doctoral HR curriculum — a framework he now teaches himself. The course has become a model for institutions beyond Capella, demonstrating what rigorous, practice-led curriculum design looks like at the doctoral level. The measure of its success is not enrollment. It is replication. Human Resources Dr. Hammonds partnered with sustainable brand Keenabela to build the HR infrastructure behind its growth — from founding through expansion to three brick and mortar locations and a placement in Walmart's online marketplace.
